With a flooded market full of “great” ideas, it’s hard to imagine why any developer would work for an equity only deal without a customer base already in place and an established organization.
We’re looking for developers now to develop our app for a web application that already has a great amount of traction and I would be cautious of any developer who would just jump on board without asking all the questions you have outlined above.
