I also wanted to point out that if what you’re saying is true, then having developers “vote with their feet” actually benefits all parties. This is because the only developers that would leave Apple would be the ones that feel they have been treated unfairly, which would be a result of their writing bad-UI apps. If they leave and go to some other platform, the average quality of developers writing iDevice apps goes up, which is better for both Apple and the consumer. Survival of the fittest, basically.
